Delete Your Account or Request Your Data

You can delete your Sportacus account, or ask for a copy of your data, at any time. Choose the option that fits.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way is inside the app. In the Sportacus app, go to Settings → Delete Account.

Can't sign in? Request deletion by email

Email privacy@sportacus.live with the subject "Delete my account" and include:

• The email address on the account
• Your username

Before we act, we confirm the request through the email address on the account. We can only delete an account once that is confirmed.

Request a copy of your data

To get a copy of your personal data, email privacy@sportacus.live with the subject "Data request" and include the same two details: the account email and your username. We verify the request the same way, through the account's email, before sending anything.

What happens to your data

When your account is deleted, we remove your account and profile data within 30 days. Posts that include a photo or video are deleted. Text posts and comments you made, and recruiting messages you sent or received, stay on Sportacus without your name attached. Some records are kept where safety or the law requires it. Details are in our Privacy Policy (see Section 7, Data Retention, and Section 8, Your Rights).
