All coach to athlete messaging on RAEDA uses structured templates. Pick one of five, add a short personal note, and send. You cannot free text a minor on this platform, by design, and the server enforces it.
For athletes under 18, contact is only possible once a parent email is on file, and the parent receives every message in full. Every contact is logged and timestamped, which means your outreach record is always defensible.

Not to a minor, and that is deliberate. Templates are enforced on the server, so the constraint holds even on a modified client. The five templates cover the standard recruiting touches: Express Interest, Share Opportunity, Invite to Event, Request Game Film, and Introduction, each with a short optional personal note.

Athletes build their own cards and link their own film. Coach attestation of season stats is in development and will be free for both sides when it launches; until then, stats are athlete entered.
